Chem Treat Equipment Coordinator – Glen Allen, VA
Location:
Glen Allen, VA (Chem Treat facility). Onsite role. Reporting to Customer Support Supervisor – Equipment, International & Customer Relations.
Responsible for high‑volume but sophisticated electronic and phone requests (20–30 per day). Provides unscripted, customized professional service with sole ownership of resolution within a 48‑hour window.
Key Responsibilities- Quoting and ordering equipment such as controllers, pumps, replacement parts, and custom panels
- Setting up and maintaining tank information in the internal database
- Working directly with vendors for costing and technical assistance
- Handling equipment returns and expedites from start to finish
- Processing and confirming on average 20–30 customer requests through email per day
- Supporting the sales force using a case system to resolve complex situations
- Problem‑solving delivery issues, probing and fact‑finding key elements, tracking orders to delivery
- Reviewing customer purchase orders (PO) for order entry
- Accurately placing text‑based, customer PO, and email chain orders
- Resolving freight charge routing and allocation to accurately apply freight charges to customers
- Providing support for the Chemical Customer Service Team as needed
Monday‑Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or weekends may be required.
Eligibility & Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years business and/or customer contact center experience.

- Hourly compensation: $26.50 – $26.50 per hour
