Customer Service Representative
Looking for a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact every day? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our clients across North and South America. You’ll handle inbound calls and emails, process orders, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate across departments, all while delivering outstanding service.
Schedule & Type- Monday to Friday | Shifts Between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
- Full-Time | 18 to 24 Month Commitment
- Answer 25 to 40 customer calls daily and manage email support
- Enter and manage phone and electronic orders
- Troubleshoot problems, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors
- Maintain accurate account and order information
- Provide professional, empathetic service, even in high-pressure situations
- 2 to 3+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Spanish skills a plus
- Supportive, people-first culture
