Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support, Bilingual
Salary: $55,000 per year + Excellent Benefits
About the RoleWe’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, VA. This is a fully on-site position where you’ll play an important role in creating great experiences for our customers every day. - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Answer questions about products, services, and orders
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, updates, and account information accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions for customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our system
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer databases
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Payroll Experience is a plus, but not required!
- $55,000 annual salary
