Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers' service needs. Your role is to ensure that each customer receives a high level of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing service appointments, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Greet customers and assist with their service needs
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance services
Communicate with customers about their vehicle's status and any additional services needed
Ensure timely and efficient completion of all service work
Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly
Promote additional services and maintenance programs to customers
Collaborate with the parts and service team to ensure a seamless service experience
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

$65,000 - $120,000 a year
