Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist – Full-Time (Onsite)

$20–22/hr | Richmond, VA | No Experience Required – We Train

This is a full-time, onsite position in Richmond, VA with training provided and opportunities to grow.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Track orders from start to delivery
• Answer customer questions via phone and email
• Help with shipping, returns, and product inquiries
• Keep records organized and up to date
• Communicate proactively with customers and team members

• Strong communication skills (phone + email)
• Positive, customer-first attitude
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Punctual with reliable transportation
• No experience required – we will train the right person

• $20–22/hour starting pay
