• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Reliable transportation for timely arrival.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for an 8‑hour shift.
• Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and in a loud, fast‑paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
