Account Service Manager

Location: Requires associates to be in‑office 1‑2 days per week with remote flexibility, fostering collaboration while supporting work‑life balance.

Anticipated End Date: 2026‑07‑14

Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic planning and account management for large accounts.
  • Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations.
  • Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.
  • Interfaces with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers’ organizations.
  • Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Provides both on‑site and off‑site customer service, including interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues.
  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions.
  • Makes routine account visits.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
  • Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
  • PBM experience strongly preferred.
  • Client‑facing experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally 25% of the time.
  • Must reside in EST/CST time zones.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary range: $69,280 to $103,920 (Virginia).
  • Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contributions.
  • Additional benefits subject to eligibility requirements.
