Career Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support members with roadside breakdown assistance and to provide courteous, efficient service. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve issues and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and preferably in a contact centre, with excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
