What You'll Do- Visit customer accounts to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers and franchise owners
- Conduct inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues
- Document visits and maintain accurate records in our Web App
- Communicate with franchise owners to ensure timely follow-up
- Partner with the Operations team to improve customer retention
- 1–2 years of customer service, operations, account management, or field service experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using mobile technology and software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Commercial cleaning, facilities management, or franchise experience is a plus
