Supports National Account Managers, Account Executives, and national customers by providing advanced reporting, analytical support, pricing and program tracking, and day-to-day operational support for national accounts. This role serves as a primary liaison between customers, National Account Managers, and OpCos to ensure contract compliance, reporting accuracy, and program execution. The National Account Specialist independently develops and modifies reporting solutions, analyzes customer-specific data, and proactively communicates with stakeholders to resolve issues and support the overall success of national account programs.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Supports National Account Managers and Account Executives, as well as national customers, with reporting, pricing support, LTO tracking, and day-to-day operations of national accounts.
- Acts as the liaison between customer account(s) and OpCos to secure, support, and develop customer relationships.
- Interacts directly with customers and OpCos to ensure contract, pricing, and program requirements are met and that orders and special requests are processed appropriately.
- Resolves issues between customers and OpCos to maintain a positive and professional customer interface.
- Runs weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including special report requests; compiles data and submits monthly and quarterly rebate requests.
- Creates and modifies query language within Power BI report templates to meet customer-specific reporting requirements.
- Creates, analyzes, and validates reports in Microsoft Excel to support customer-specific projects and initiatives.
- Follows up directly with customers to confirm report accuracy and ensure reporting needs and expectations are met.
- Communicates independently with National Account Managers, customers, and OpCos regarding program follow-up, including initiatives such as LTO tracking, obsolete inventory, and open purchase orders.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization and performs other duties as assigned to best serve the company.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent related experience with 1 - 3 Years of sales or marketing experience.
Compensation$55000. to $62000. with bonus opportunity
