As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and experience. You will assess customers’ needs and provide expert service, advocating for the best solutions through collaboration with product, tech, and sales professionals. You will become a trusted adviser when customers encounter problems of any size. Formal and informal training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong customer focus rooted in empathy toward the customer.
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers.
- Receive inbound customer service calls and cases, ensuring timely resolution with minimal brand impact and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Deliver first‑time resolution with quality and professionalism.
- Improve listing coverage through proactive service, effective questioning, listening, probing, building rapport, and objection handling.
- Maintain an accurate directory of customer contact details and company information, and proactively seek opportunities to obtain electronic data feeds and websites.
- Support sales colleagues to maintain the highest standard of customer service.
- Maintain the highest professional standards and promote ethics of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive teamwork.
- Develop a strong understanding of CoStar Group technology, tools, and products.
- Meet and exceed customer and CoStar’s expectations.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Two years of customer‑service experience with a demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer care.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
- Strong interest or experience in real estate.
- Confident personality and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Ability to plan and organize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to act on own initiative and work successfully alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a technology‑led environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Team‑ and quality‑service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, etc.) at all levels of management.
- Strong sense of responsibility to customers, striving for delight.
- Ability to deliver results while meeting deadlines under pressure.

Base Compensation: $60,000 (Hourly)
