Beacon Hill is seeking a Call Center Claims Representative in Richmond, Virginia to handle inbound calls related to insurance claims, policies, and account inquiries.
The role expects 1+ year of call center or customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort working a high volume of calls. Must have a wired internet connection and be available for rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
