We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a supportive and customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking – For short distances and durations, on ceramic tile or bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Work surface height between 36 and 48 inches.
- Sitting – Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table in an office.
- Lifting – Bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds and dimensions 3' x 1.5'. Cases lifted from floor and stacked up to 72 inches high.
- Carrying – Large cans up to 3 pounds, 7 ounces; large pizza sauce up to 30 pounds; trays of pizza dough three at a time, about 12 pounds each.
- Pushing – Move trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force; trays may also be pulled.
- Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for price changes or maintenance.
- Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station; 30‑45 seconds at a time during the day; also at front counter and stocking ingredients.
- Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
- Reaching – Continuous up, down, and forward; above 72 inches to operate oven controls or turn prices on sign; reach down for tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; forward reach for toppings, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
- Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous use of one or both hands; manipulating pizza dough, peel, rolling cutter; frequent and forceful pinching in assembling cardboard boxes; grasping cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes.
- Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – May use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and peel.
