Community Outreach Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting community initiatives, and developing professional skills in marketing, fundraising, customer service, event marketing, and client relations.

As a Community Outreach & Fundraising Assistant, you will work directly with customers and clients to create positive experiences, support community-focused campaigns, increase customer acquisition and retention, and contribute to successful marketing and fundraising initiatives.

• Help create and maintain a positive, productive, and professional team environment
• Represent clients and campaigns while maintaining high standards of marketing, advertising, customer service, and community engagement
• Interact directly with customers to educate them about products, services, promotions, and community initiatives
• Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts
• Attend regular team training sessions, campaign meetings, and professional development workshops
• Meet with clients and customers to discuss current promotions and available services
• Assist with preparing service information, quotations, and account enrollment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and community members
• Support the planning and execution of event marketing and community outreach campaigns
• Assist with fundraising initiatives and community-based promotional events
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and customer goals
• Apply feedback and coaching from senior team members to continually improve performance
• Represent the organization and its clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
