Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations for a team in Virginia. The position will focus on administrative support, inbound communication, and scheduling activities while adapting to changing call volumes as the role develops.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule delivery appointments for incoming shipments
• Coordinate delivery timing between customers and terminals
• Confirm delivery details and update appointment information in the scheduling system
• Send follow-up emails when needed to confirm scheduling or provide delivery updates
• Follow a structured scheduling process and workflow for each delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer communication and scheduling updates
