Country way of Virginia Farm Bureau seeks a full-time Claims Service Representative at our West Creek Office in Richmond, VA. This role handles windshield and towing claims, rental coordination, claim dispatching, salvage title processing, and medical bill handling, while providing excellent customer service to claimants.
The position is exempt, with a 37.5-hour week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, and a hybrid schedule after a 6-month in-office training period.
