We’re seeking a Client Support Representative in Richmond. This role focuses on supporting the AT&T mobile campaign, assisting customers with service setup, and troubleshooting mobile device issues.
As a Client Support Representative, you will command the front line of AT&T’s mobile connectivity, delivering swift and definitive resolutions for device issues, plan guidance, and account management to ensure every customer remains powerfully connected. The Client Support Representative’s expertise will be the critical link that transforms complex mobile technology into seamless, everyday reliability.

- Provide digital-first client support by resolving mobile service and device issues through digital channels and a CRM system.
- Guide client onboarding by assisting customers with mobile plan selection, service activation, and account setup.
- Manage client accounts by tracking statuses, support tickets, and service milestones in CRM systems to ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex client issues such as provisioning delays, billing problems, and device compatibility concerns.
- Educate clients on product features and account tools to enhance their satisfaction and increase self-service usage.
- Identify and recommend service enhancements based on a client’s specific needs and usage patterns to drive account growth.
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or technology preferred to support service workflows and customer engagement.
- Experience in service coordination, mobile device support, or account onboarding—ideally within telecom or subscription-based platforms.
- Strong communication and resolution skills; able to guide customers through service processes and troubleshoot device or account-related issues.
- CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support account tracking, service milestones, and performance reporting.
- Detail-oriented and proactive; capable of managing multiple support workflows with precision, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
