Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Answer questions and assist customers with their needs
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and through email
• Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up
• Assist with customer engagement, events, and promotions
• Support event registration and customer‑facing activities
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Listen to customer feedback and help provide a positive customer experience
• Work with team members to meet customer service goals
• Represent the company professionally
