Leasing Specialist - Part-Time

We are hiring a friendly, self-motivated Leasing Specialist to support the daily operations of a busy apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and fast-paced, people-focused work
.

Schedule: Part-time between 20 - 29 hours each week.
Weekdays are required
, plus three Saturdays per month.

• Prospect engagement — Greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct professional apartment tours
• Marketing & leasing — Market available units and assist with move‑ins and renewals
• Lease administration — Prepare and process leases and related paperwork
• Rent collection — Collect rent and support delinquency follow‑up
• Office operations — Perform general administrative and customer service duties

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong sales and communication skills
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Organized and results‑oriented with high energy and professionalism
• Must be able to walk the community and tour apartments with prospective residents, including climbing stairs and navigating breezeways as needed.
• Must pass drug and background screening
• Must be available weekdays and three Saturdays per month
