This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Richmond, VA. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet clients, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars. The receptionist will respond to client inquiries, provide information about services, and uphold professional standards of confidentiality and customer service.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls and interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and directing inquiries.
• Customer Service experience, with the ability to provide courteous, patient, and solutions-focused support.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a busy front-desk environment.
• Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and respectful interpersonal behavior.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a medical, wellness, or fitness front desk setting is a plus.
