Dentistry / General Dentist, Pediatric Dentist
Are you a passionate pediatric dentist dedicated to providing exceptional care for young patients? Our thriving dental practice is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic dentist to join our team. As a privately doctor-owned, non-corporate office, we focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and safe. The ideal candidate will be looking for an office they can grow with and stay with long-term with a 3-4 day work week.
Our office focuses on preventative care, restorative care including zirconia crowns, and addresses tethered oral tissues for infants and children by utilizing a carbon dioxide laser and supportive care for CFT and lactation from in-office lactation consultants. You will work alongside two other pediatric dentists and an orthodontist with the most supportive and experienced team.
In addition to traditional dental services, we offer in-office general anesthesia to cater to patients with special needs or those requiring more extensive treatment. Comfort with full mouth rehabilitation under general anesthesia and managing patients in this setting is essential. As part of our unique approach to patient care, we also incorporate therapy dogs into our practice to help create a calming and positive dental experience for children.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and caring environment. Compensation will be provided per diem with a productivity bonus monthly. Benefits include eligibility for Simple IRA, 50% of health insurance premium covered by employer, $2,000 for professional development yearly including education, licensing, and conference fees, and a stipend for relocation expenses if needed.
If you are passionate about pediatric dentistry and eager to make a difference in the lives of children, we would love to welcome you to our team.
