Our well-established, privately owned dental practice in Richmond is expanding—and we’re looking for a dedicated and talented dental hygienist to join our warm, collaborative team. With two beautiful locations in the Near West End and Far West End, we’ve built a practice grounded in trust, excellence, and treating our patients like family.

We believe in preventative, comprehensive care—and that starts with hygiene. You’ll be empowered to use your full skillset to care for patients while collaborating closely with our experienced dentists. We support lifelong learning through study clubs, department meetings, and peer collaboration, so you’ll always be growing professionally.

• $55/hr + Bonus Opportunities
• Monday-Thursday (8a-5p)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

• A licensed Virginia Dental Hygienist (New grads or those awaiting licensure are welcome!)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
• Experience in delivering comprehensive care (prophies, periodontal probing, x-rays, oral cancer screenings, scaling, etc.)
• CPR/BLS Certification
