Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range: $XX‑$XX per hour, negotiable. Sign‑on or relocation bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, flexible schedules, and comprehensive medical benefits.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride.
• Offer same‑day care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Review medical history and assess dental condition.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting.
• Ensure memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from a recognized agency, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire.
