Purpose
Provides dental assisting and digital dentistry support in the predoctoral student clinics, including patient care, digital scanning, CAD/CAM workflows, case processing, and student support.
Expectations- Provide efficient, accurate, and professional support to students, faculty, providers, patients, and the Digital Dentistry team.
- Maintain appropriate infection control, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain proficiency with digital dentistry technology, equipment, and related software.
- Minimum of 2 years of Dental Assisting experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- X-Ray certification required
- Previous experience with a digital workflow preferred
- Exposure and/or training working with a CAD/CAM system such as Planmeca or Sirona CEREC.
Commensurate with experience
