Dental Assistant; CadCam

Purpose

Provides dental assisting and digital dentistry support in the predoctoral student clinics, including patient care, digital scanning, CAD/CAM workflows, case processing, and student support.

• Provide efficient, accurate, and professional support to students, faculty, providers, patients, and the Digital Dentistry team.
• Maintain appropriate infection control, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain proficiency with digital dentistry technology, equipment, and related software.

• Minimum of 2 years of Dental Assisting experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• X-Ray certification required
• Previous experience with a digital workflow preferred
• Exposure and/or training working with a CAD/CAM system such as Planmeca or Sirona CEREC.
