3-4 Days Per Week (Weekdays)

Compensation: $25-$27 per hour

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic in Richmond, VA.

This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics - allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Support patient intake and documentation
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment.

Our dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team.

• 2+ years Dental Assistant experience required
• Active Radiation Certificate
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong organizational and patient communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• 3-4 Days Per Week
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights
• No weekends
