Landscape Design and Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Design & Sales Manager to lead our design initiatives and drive sales growth. • Design Leadership: Develop comprehensive landscape designs using CAD software and hand sketches. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring designs are both creative and feasible within project constraints.
• Sales Management: Generate new business through networking and client outreach. Prepare and present proposals, securing contracts and deposits. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with installation teams to ensure design integrity during execution. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly, and maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape design and sales.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
