The PositionWe’re looking for a senior-level Project Manager with real millwork experience to run projects from award through installation and close-out. This role is for someone who understands how millwork is actually built — materials, finishes, shop flow, lead times, and installation — and can manage scope, schedule, and budget without constant oversight.
You’ll work directly with in-house drafting, fabrication, finishing, and installation teams, as well as clients, architects, and GCs.

- Reviewing architectural drawings, shop drawings, specs, and contracts
- Coordinating drafting, fabrication, finishing, logistics, and installation
- Managing schedules, budgets, material procurement, and lead times
- Tracking fabrication progress and shipping
- Handling RFIs, change orders, and documentation
- Leading internal project meetings and external coordination meetings
- Overseeing punch lists and project close-out
- College graduate or trade school either in engineering or related field.
- 5–10+ years PM experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, or interior fabrication
- Must be willing to travel 30% of the time
- Strong knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication methods, finishes, and installation
- Ability to read and manage directly from architectural and shop drawings
- Experience running multiple projects at once
- Organized, clear communicator, and problem-solver
- Comfortable with Excel and basic project tracking tools
- Retail, hospitality, or custom display experience
- AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar
- Direct shop-floor experience
- OSHA 10 or 30
- $85,000–$125,000 salary, based on experience

- High-quality, custom work — not production casework
- Straightforward management structure and clear expectations
