Wine Trend, Inc. designs, fabricates, and installs high-end custom millwork and display systems, primarily for wine retail, hospitality, and specialty interiors. We handle projects from concept through installation with in-house teams and a strong focus on quality and execution.

We’re looking for a senior-level Project Manager with real millwork experience to run projects from award through installation and close-out. This role is for someone who understands how millwork is actually built — materials, finishes, shop flow, lead times, and installation — and can manage scope, schedule, and budget without constant oversight.

You’ll work directly with in-house drafting, fabrication, finishing, and installation teams, as well as clients, architects, and GCs.

• Managing custom millwork and display projects from award to final install
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and GCs
• Reviewing architectural drawings, shop drawings, specs, and contracts
• Coordinating drafting, fabrication, finishing, logistics, and installation
• Managing schedules, budgets, material procurement, and lead times
• Tracking fabrication progress and shipping
• Handling RFIs, change orders, and documentation
• Leading internal project meetings and external coordination meetings
• Overseeing punch lists and project close-out

• College graduate or trade school either in engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years PM experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, or interior fabrication
• Must be willing to travel 30% of the time
• Strong knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication methods, finishes, and installation
• Ability to read and manage directly from architectural and shop drawings
• Experience running multiple projects at once
• Organized, clear communicator, and problem-solver
• Comfortable with Excel and basic project tracking tools

• Retail, hospitality, or custom display experience
• AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar
• Direct shop-floor experience
• OSHA 10 or 30

• $85,000–$125,000 salary, based on experience
