Prospect Blue is hiring a BIM Manager on behalf of their client. In this role, you'll lead the work of turning LiDAR point-cloud and field data into accurate Revit models, owning quality, workflow, and production standards across the team. If you're doing Revit or VDC work at a construction firm and want to specialize in reality capture, this is your lane.
Whatyou'll do
- Lead development of architectural Revit models from LiDAR point clouds, existing drawings, and field data
- Manage production workflows, model standards, and deadlines
- Run QA/QC to keep models accurate
- Coordinate with field and production teams
- Help sharpen Scan-to-BIM processes and push into automation and AI-assisted workflow
- 3+ years of Revit / BIM experience
- Strong ability to read construction documents and understand how buildings go together
- Sharp attention to detail and spatial reasoning
- Revit or Revit automation a strong plus
- Self-motivated and eager to innovate
- On-site in Richmond, VA — this is an in-office role
