Dewberry's Architecture Team is looking for a passionate and experienced Project Architect to join our growing team in Richmond, VA

In this role, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including Federal, State, and Local Government, Community Facilities, Civic, and Justice building types. You'll have the opportunity to lead and influence projects from concept through construction, making a lasting impact on the clients and communities we serve.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited university
• Is a licensed architect with at least 8 years of post-graduate experience
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Understands the balance between design excellence, building codes, project schedules, and client expectations
• Is a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and naturally curious professional
