Architectural Project Manager

Job Description Dewberry’s Architecture Team is seeking a energetic Project Manager with well-rounded experience to join our Richmond, VA office.  Experience in Federal, State and Local Governments, Community Facilities, Civic and Justice building types is desirable. Must have a professional degree, Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited university and have a minimum of 10-years post graduate work experience and must be licensed.

Dewberry’s Architecture Practice has an exciting opening for the right individual to leverage their business development, client management, project management, and design skills to be an integral piece for the office’s opportunity and growth. Partner with clients to understand their needs and guide projects to successful outcomes.

Lead the development and coordination of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

Balance technical excellence, design quality, and project requirements to deliver exceptional work.

Take ownership of projects and project components, confidently moving them forward with minimal direction.

Collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
