This position offers opportunities for both office and inpatient coverage, providing critical support during a recruitment period. The clinic operates with a focus on high-risk pregnancies, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care from experienced professionals.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care for patients with high-risk pregnancies.
- Perform required procedures including amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and cerclage.
- Utilize onsite ultrasound and advanced medical equipment for accurate diagnostics.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of RN clinic educators, sonographers, and genetic counselors.
- Maintain thorough documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
- Participate in on-call duties during weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Completion of a fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Possess a valid Virginia medical license.
- Current BLS certification.
- AIUM certification is preferred.
- Submission of a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation is required.
- Virginia medical license - required.
- BLS certification - required.
- Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine - required.
- Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine - required.
- AIUM certification - preferred.
