Responsibilities

Supports the day-to-day operations of WCC’s Educational Foundation, Scholarship Foundation, Real Estate Foundation, and the WCC Office of Public Information.

  • Procurement

Special Assignments:
May be required to perform other duties as assigned; may be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Dependable, professional, ability to work independently or with a team
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills

  • Prior Admin Assistant experience
  • Operation of a State Vehicle – Yes
  • Supervises Employees – No
  • Required Travel – No regular travel expected
