Your leadership will guide faculty and scholars through a whole-child approach that integrates academic excellence with scholar wellness, community service, and sustainability. You Will Impact Education Instruction/Education Responsibilities
  • Educational Leadership:
    Serve as the primary educational leader, embodying the principles of the Classical Educational Model, including the Trivium (Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric) to ensure a comprehensive, cohesive curriculum.
  • Chief Administrator:
    Oversee all school operations, ensuring that classical methodologies are implemented effectively and align with CSUSA's standards and vision.
  • Staff Development:
    Supervise, mentor, and cultivate leadership in faculty, emphasizing classical pedagogy and promoting continuous improvement in teaching practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Engage with all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the classical educational approach and community involvement.
  • Visionary Leadership:
    Shape a vision of success for all scholars within the CSUSA framework, emphasizing the importance of character formation alongside academic achievement.
  • Sustainable Success Planning:
    Lead the school community in long‑term strategic planning, with ongoing monitoring and support to achieve measurable milestones in classical education.
