Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach courses in Political Science using a combination of day, evening, online, and hybrid formats.

• Deliver instruction in classroom, online, or hybrid settings.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assistance during emergency declarations by the Governor if required.

• Master’s degree in Political Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours.
• Demonstrated ability to teach in a higher‑education environment (teaching demonstration may be required).

• Position Type:
  Part‑Time, FLSA Exempt.
• Compensation:
  Based on credentials, Pay Band UG.
• Location:
  
  Augusta – 015 (hybrid/online options available).
• No telework options at this time; subject to change.
• No required travel or supervisory responsibilities.
