Summary
Epiphany Lutheran Nursery School is looking for a Lead teacher in their preschool program.
DutiesA Lead Teacher at Epiphany Lutheran Nursery School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. The teacher works in conjunction with the entire faculty and is responsible for all lesson planning, as the program does not use a store-bought curriculum and is a play-based center. Schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. during the school year, with potential for additional hours as early as 8 a.m. to as late as 2:30 p.m. in before/after school programs.
Ability to work these hours on some days is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or associate's degree or a credential in Early Childhood Education and possess a passion for teaching young children. Candidates should have experience teaching, preferably in a preschool setting.

ELNS is a religiously exempt 1/2 day preschool program (8:45‑noon) with optional programs that allow students to extend the day from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. We are not a day care but a school rooted in Christian values and offering a play‑based learning environment. Our goal is to help students follow their curiosity and develop a lifelong love of learning.
