Job Summary /Basic FunctionsThe SSMC Student Coordinator is responsible for basic organizing and daily cleaning of spaces; greeting student users and providing information on the SSMC; and ensuring a safe experience for all users.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be a Federal Work Study student.
- Applicants must be able to work independently.
- Attend to details and execute normal opening, monitoring, and closing procedures for the SSMC.
- Maintain cordial welcoming attitude with SSMC student users.
- Continually demonstrate equanimity and excellent communication with the OS & OT Administrative Coordinator, the faculty directors of the SSMC, and other EKU faculty, staff, and administration.
- Preferred majors include Occupational Science, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Communication Disorders, Special Education, Education, Child and Family Studies, or Public Health.
