School Data Systems Administrator
Elijah House Academy is looking for a School Data Systems Administrator to join our team of passionate professionals.
Position GoalsThis position is primarily responsible for designing and maintaining school systems, organizing academic data for evaluation and reporting, managing logistics and scheduling of programming, managing all Title grants under the direction of the DOA, and providing teacher support. It also includes the management of EHA computers and Google Workspace for students.
Position Reporting ResponsibilityThis position reports directly to the Dean of Academics.

- Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to urban Christian education, including a mature ability to steward cross‑cultural relationships.
- Demonstrate soft skills such as emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
- Instructional Leadership experience.
- Data manipulation and analysis.
- Computer systems management and problem solving, preferably including Student Information systems and Google Workspace.
- Acts as the administrator as it pertains to staff and enrolled students.
- Manages staff on/offboarding (profile, security, etc.).
- Assists Admissions in troubleshooting.
- Manages EOY progressions.
- Manages system defaults for each term.
- Manages integration with other systems (Library: Mandarin mlasolutions, MAP: Clever).
- Creates student schedules.
- Creates and manages web forms for student data (Dismissal transportation).
- Uploads MAP scores.
- Designs report templates.
- Reviews RC/PR edits, printing, distribution, and archive.
- Creates and updates high alert list for students (behavior, attendance, academic achievement) each RC/PR.
- Provides data to other departments for annual reports.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor Title federal forms, budgets, and requests with each school-division.
- Manage budget requirements, track expenditures, submit vendor invoices.
- Collect and manage student data for Title I eligibility.
- Daily schedules (Intervention times, lunch, recess, Enrichment, library).
- School year events (concerts, Mentee events).
- Organizes student data to create car tags, dismissal card information, and Chapel dismissal information.
- Creates and formats forms for the school calendar, field trips, and event planning.
- Manages NWEA teacher and student data.
- Ensures correct transfer of data using Clever.
- Ensures integrity of reporting.
Administers testing of 1st‑8th grade applicants throughout Feb‑Aug. Test Administrator and Proctor for K‑8 standardized MAP testing three times a year. Assists teachers with navigating and reporting in the NWEA system.
E Manages EHA computers and associated supplies- Determines computer and license needs for staff and students.
- Troubleshoots software and hardware issues.
- Performs yearly check‑ups for staff computers.
- Sets/reset new computers for staff following secure procedures.
- Maintain and ensure software systems work successfully.
- On/offboard staff and students to/from all software systems.
- Manage users, troubleshoot.
- FACTS, IXL, NWEA, HMH (see above).
- Google Workspace.
- Manages user accounts.
- Sets up new student devices and licenses.
- Monitors dashboard and investigates any concerns.
- Maintains a safe workspace environment for students.
Integrates software systems, digital tools, and educational technology into school curriculums and administrative workflows.
- MLAsolutions - Library integration with FACTS.
- Clever (Google integration with FACTS and NWEA/HMH).
Microsoft 365. Admissions File Uploader.
The School Data Systems Administrator is a 10‑month, non‑exempt, full‑time position with a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid student holidays, life insurance, long‑term disability, and free tuition for children of employees.
