Position Responsibilities

- Ph.D. in pharmacoepidemiology, public health, healthcare policy, health outcomes, health services research, implementation science, and/or a Pharm.
D. with equivalent academic training. - Academic research experience with a strong record of scholarship.
- Demonstration of or potential for an extramurally funded research program consistent with appointment to the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor at a research‑intensive university.
- History or publications and conference presentations that showcase expertise in the faculty’s area of research.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.
- Established record of extramural funding (e.g., NIH, AHRQ, PCORI, CDC, foundations, or industry‑sponsored research).
- Experience in interdisciplinary research collaborations, particularly with clinicians, data scientists, public health professionals, and/or policymakers.
- Experience in academic teaching at the professional and/or graduate level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
