Job Overview

Admissions Advisor – Campus Admissions, Student Enrollment – Full‑time, Permanent, located in Richmond, VA..

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enrollment success by engaging prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
  • Generate lead referrals through both internal and external networks.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data.
  • Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system to manage admissions activities and maintain data accuracy.
  • Participate actively in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and contribute to career growth.

Your Qualifications
  • Associate degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of success in customer service, sales, admissions, or a similar goal‑centric environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
Physical & Technical Requirements
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficiency with computer technology and equipment.
