Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts seeks a Head and Assistant Head of Residence Life for the Summer Pre-College Program. The successful candidates will supervise and lead the residential experience for high school students, ensuring safety and providing leadership. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education and significant experience with high school students. The positions are compensated as salaried employees at $5,500 and $4,500 respectively for the Head and Assistant Head positions.
The roles require availability during program preparation in mid-June and throughout July, including on-campus living with students.
