Position Title
Administrative Management Technology (AMT) Adjunct Faculty (Part-Time)
Responsibilities- Teach college‑level courses in‑person, hybrid, or online, including courses on computer applications leading to MOS 2019 credentials, general office skills, business communications, and administrative management concepts.
- Maintain currency in teaching disciplines and trends in community college education.
- Write syllabi, exams, and develop learning strategies, curriculum, and assessments.
- Actively participate in departmental communication and collaborate with faculty and students of diverse backgrounds.
- Possibly perform other duties as assigned and support emergency declarations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative support, management, business administration, or related field;
Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in a related discipline. - Knowledge of MS Office 2019/365 and Windows 10.
- Two years of related occupational experience in business, management, or administrative support.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to write syllabi and exams; ability to develop learning strategies, curriculum, and assessments.
- MOS certifications issued in 2010 or later and office management experience.
- Experience using technology in the classroom and teaching online.
- Experience teaching at the community college level.
