Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time School Counselor for the 2026-27 school year.
The School Counselor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the school counseling program. The counselor will work with students in individual, small group, and classroom settings with social, emotional, academic, and/or behavioral needs. The Counselor will assist students with creating an academic path for their education and help with the high school application process.
Requirements
All candidates must have a degree and be certified in School Counseling PreK-12 by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.
This is a full-time, 10-month position (Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:30, mid-August through mid-June).
