Hiring Range: $793.00 – $1,058.00 per credit hour

Hours will vary depending on availability and scheduling needs. Telework options are subject to change based on business needs. No bilingual or multilingual skill requirement.

• Plan and teach professional or technical courses in Applied Science or Non-Associate Degree Occupational Fields.
• Teach in a classroom, laboratory, and online environment to students with diverse academic backgrounds.
• Work strategically with colleagues, students, and community members to promote diversity and cultural respect.
• Assist the agency or state government in emergency declarations by the Governor, if required.

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• May assist in emergency response as directed by state government.

• Master’s Degree with at least eighteen graduate semester hours in the specific discipline.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent for Career and Technical Education Courses.
• Official transcripts required prior to final offer.
• Demonstrated use of relevant technology and learning management systems.
• Commitment to student engagement in online teaching, including consistent communication and virtual support.
• Technology capability (WIFI, computers) for remote teaching.
• Ability to teach through a variety of modalities, including virtual instruction.
• Demonstrated competency and commitment to continuous professional development.

• Teaching experience.
• Work experience in the field.
• Experience with online teaching.
• Substantial, proven experience with innovative teaching and developing online courses in both synchronous and asynchronous environments at a regionally accredited institution.

No required travel. You may be expected to travel to all campus locations. No state vehicle operation or supervisory responsibilities.
