Role Overview

Virginia Highlands Community College is recruiting adjunct faculty positions for day and evening classes in the School of Arts and Sciences. These part‑time positions will be filled as vacancies arise, and this posting establishes a pool of qualified applicants for future openings.

Deliver academic instruction in the assigned discipline in accordance with the standards of the accrediting agency. Perform all duties required of adjunct faculty, including grading, curriculum preparation, and assessment. Serve as needed to assist the agency or state government in emergency situations as directed.
