Position: Director of Evaluation for Undergraduate Medical Education (UME)

Position Summary

As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing developmental support and educational services to students with learning delays or disabilities. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate to facilitate progress in key areas of development, conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and implement strategies to support students’ growth and learning.

Responsibilities
  • Providing student support
  • Planning a program of study that meets students' individual needs, interests, and abilities
  • Adapting curriculum and lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles
  • Classroom management
  • Assessment and progress monitoring
  • Consultation and collaboration with team members
Qualifications
  • State Department of Education Certification
  • Teaching experience: 1 year (Preferred)
