• Teach relations and functions, polynomial and rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, systems of equations.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality course materials aligned with college standards and learning outcomes.
• Engage students through the Canvas Learning Management System.
• Monitor and document class attendance in compliance with college policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist agency or state government in emergencies if required.

• Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in mathematics from a regionally accredited institution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to write syllabi and exams; develop learning strategies, curriculum, and assessments.
• Ability to work with students of varying abilities from diverse backgrounds.
• Understanding of and commitment to the mission of the community college and student success.

• Teaching experience at the college level, specifically with face‑to‑face and online/hybrid modalities.
• Competency using instructional technologies such as SMART boards, Zoom, and Canvas LMS.
• Experience working with community college students.
• Demonstrated commitment to student engagement and academic success.
