VCU’s School of Education seeks New Teacher Mentors in the Schaberg New Teacher Support Program (NTSP). NTSP provides up to three years of individualized mentoring to strengthen instructional practice and teacher well‑being in partnership with Richmond Public Schools.
Mentors work in a hybrid model, conducting virtual and in‑person observations and collaborating with school and district leaders as needed. Caseloads range from 4 to 8 mentees with 10–12 hours per week.
