F45 Coach

Born in Australia, F45 Training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one consummate and compelling group training experience for its members. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has led to the development of 35 different, 45 minute workout experiences, with more in development by our F45 Athletics Department.

This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. The variation of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.

F45 skills and athletic knowledge can be taught, but true passion for helping people must be inherently in every F45 trainer. A true F45 trainer should be:

Aspirationally fit and able to complete all workouts

Hard working and committed to their role, studio and the brand

Punctual and well presented, always in their training uniform

Inspiring and motivating

Able to multi-task and think on their feet Clear communicators that speak loudly and concisely

Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises

Proactive in upskilling themselves

Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry is preferred

College degree preferredAFAA Group Exercise Primary Certification is strongly encouraged.
