Saint Benedict Catholic School seeks a Limited Part-Time After‑School Counselor (9-12 hours per week) for the 2026‑27 School Year. The school is committed to partnering with parents and providing a traditional education in a faith‑filled environment. The school is centrally located in Richmond’s Museum District.

The After School Counselor supports the Extended Day Director to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment outside the normal hours of the school day. (part‑time non‑exempt approx. 9-12 hours per week).

• be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
• be warm and approachable
• upon employment, be able to pass criminal background checks
• be able to obtain certification in First Aid and PMAT, within 30 days of hire

• have prior experience working with children
• be able to occasionally lift at least 50 pounds
